Sunday night laughs

Sunday evening I got the boys ready for bed, popped popcorn and we all curled up on the couch to watch a movie. Conner went to sleep immediately as he was so worn out from church so it was just Wy and I. After claiming the "big bowl" of popcorn he and I sat and munched and talked and watched. While we patiently waited for the many commercials to come to an end one in particular must have caught Wy's attention for he actually replied to it. The commercial was for tax preparation and they start the commercial with "Are you worried about your taxes?" I really wasn't paying too much attention until Wy said "I am" so I said "You worried about your taxes?" and he said "Yep." I laughed quietly under my breath so as not to offend his concern and reminded myself to relate this moment to my sister, dad and brother who are all neck deep in tax returns at the moment.
