Last week Wyatt had the chance to ride horses thanks to one of the moms in the Vernal Mom's group. She put together an afternoon of horse back riding and I just knew that that was an outing that we couldn't miss. There were two really great, gentle horses for the kids to take turns riding and they all had a fun time. Wyatt was a pro at riding and kept insisting that the horse go faster. He really didn't want the afternoon to end - in fact he cried all the way to the car, all the way home, and for about an hour after we got home as he wanted to ride the big horse (BJ) who looks like our horse Sheeza. His consolation was showing dad the pictures and telling him all about riding the horses when his dad got home from work. Luckily dad was working with our two horses this weekend too so Wy got another dose of being with the horses. That should hold him for a day or two.
