A Boy and his Dad

Wyatt assists as his dad puts his horse
together.

A Sunday drive to look for dear
(elk to Wy) and Wy needed a
break so he sat and "drove" for
a minute.

Getting hay for the horses.

There is no question that Wyatt loves his dad. Every white truck that drives by, whether it be a Ford, Chevy, or big semi-truck, he yells "daddy's truck"; random men walking by in Wal-Mart are identified by a loud "it's daddy"; yes, this child loves his dad. He loves to help him with the horses, even though he usually falls asleep on the drive. He also loves to yell, at the top of his lungs: "DAAAD, what doing?" and then proceeds to wait rather impatiently for Brad to answer. He puts on dad's big tall cowboy boots and tries very hard to walk around even though the boots are as tall as he is. He especially loves it when dad comes home and says the magic words: POPCORN! although these boys of mine have trouble sharing this popcorn but I'm sure in time they'll work out a system.
